For an extensive audience in the auditorium of the Praha hospital Anne Vervarcke explained her method in more detail. She went into the practical application of the level theory, by which the homeopath can spot the vital disturbance. By methodic analysis in larger groups like kingdoms and miasms it is possible to make a sure similimum prescription from the first time. Demonstrated with video cases she gave examples of level and kingdoms words. Her method is easily comprehensible as well as very efficient in daily practices.

This intense workshop with only life cases was a remarkable learning experience for those present. By interrupting the case and making partial analyses the students and homeopaths were able to express their thoughts and doubts and in that way Anne Vervarcke got the occasion to clarify step by step and in every little detail the case taking process.

| Vaak hebben homeopaten die op het vitale (of het ‘sensations’) niveau voorschrijven problemen bij het behandelen van kinderen: zij kunnen immers hun diepste gevoelens of gewaarwordingen nog niet vertellen. Dit betekent echter niet dat we genoodzaakt zijn bij kinderen meer oppervlakkige voorschriften te maken; ook bij kinderen geeft namelijk het toedienen van het similimum de beste resultaten. Het komt er op aan wat we observeren te interpreteren en te begrijpen en dat is niet wezenlijk verschillend van de analyse bij volwassenen. In 9 blocks of three days over the coming years, Anne Vervarcke will demonstrate by live cases her Vital Approach. In the course of the anamnesis a few interruptions are made to discuss and analyze the information gathered so far. This gives Anne the opportunity to explain the characteristics and difference between levels, personality traits, local sensations, coping mechanisms, compensations and the like. The art is to spot among all this the expression of vital sensation on all levels. By explaining step by step the advantage is that the participants are able to witness consciously, as the case unfolds how the coherent pattern emerges.
